Note

Cadet camp: Training Officer/2IC for Nelson-Marlborough Joint Recruit Training Course this weekend. The long run I hoped to squeeze in whilst everything was comfortably under control didn't eventuate, because everything was only just under control! Did get a lot of walking in around base at least.

A PB for 5km today, and particularly pleased about it because I was able to maintain a steady pace throughout. Could also have kicked it up a bit more at the end end if I'd realised I was close the finish earlier!

Pleased with the result today, despite two errors of 25sec and 5sec each. Need to slow down a little coming into/out of controls on the sprint (treat red zone as red).
