Tried to run to the tree from Coyote ridge, didn't quite make it, turned around at 50min, need an hour from that direction to get to the tree. Average HR seemed high. Right Achilles has been feeling the running a bit, I think I can avoid any serious problems, like the ones last year, if I just keep two days between each running workout, and if I make sure I do a good warmup before any intervals.
