Actual distance run = 11.22 km

Orienteering 29:00 [2] 3.75 km (7:44 / km)

ROC Mendon Ponds - Blue - Flag P/U. Had already started to stiffen up and was quite cool before going back out to grab three flags. Still though - no cramping for the day even with a total distance of almost 15km.

A repeat of the other night - I was able to manage a good distance and the temperatures were perfect for an evening run. The route was pretty much the same and I was able to trim my pace down a bit. Felt pretty decent after. Hip pain that developed after the Letchworth Goat event has more or less subsided (gradually).
