Aimed to keep pace about 7.20 pace. Had breakfast, no gels. L side felt a bit tight, but ran well. Will keep off tarmac over the next 2 days to give body a rest

Didn't have much time today, managed to fit an easy leg turner in. Session with Duncan @7am, worked on L side (inc back). Felt tired tonight, but was much better after the run

Felt recovered after Tues, no soreness or niggles. Ran at a comfortable pace, felt easy. Enjoyed the strides at the end, starting to get some speed in my legs

Ran with 10 gels from the start- felt comfortable, didn't notice the weight.
Probably started off too fast, felt easy, will slow down next time. Slight discomfort in hammy after 10 miles, but didn't trouble me. Found the last 6 miles tiring, low in energy. Glad to get the job done.

Think I got the gels right, need bit more consistent pacing

Drills, ran easy around SWP on trails and grass. Did 6 strides in Park towards the end. Pleased with how how I feel, glute has been sore while driving, but didn't notice it while running. Did SC afterwards

Drills, easy run, 6 strides. Weather was lovely this morning. Felt better today, got cold yesterday. Hammy was fine today
