not very good at all. couldnt push it hard at all. wore laurinas orienteering shoes. not kool i think i changed my running style to compensate for the pain that they were giving in my feet so my legs were really sore and tired as and kinda weird feeling.
9.48, 25.17, 9.34. got really scared :( ran onto a track and 2 scary looking dogs were starring at me... i was like kool as u do and then sum guy like popped out..... it scared me a bit.
