Walked to/from the football fields on Ruskin Crescent.
6x: 2 mins light jog, 1 min walk following the perimeter of the field.
Could still feel my shins were sore from Saturday's night event (5 days ago). Wanted to see what they were like on soft ground. Wasn't good. They were always hurting and perhaps more so whilst walking.
Iced when I got home and they are sore again the following day.
