O Sprint race (Run ) 24:03 [5] 3.3 km (7:17 / km) +100m 6:20 / km

Day 3 of Oringen at Nelspruit Botanical Gardens. Stuffed up #6 royally. Parallel error saw me drop down to the river - off the map! 5mins lost. Also lost myself going to #15, going up the wrong path - 1min. Aaaargh

Warm down run round the women's course.

O Race (Run ) 1:12:00 [4] 8.5 km (8:28 / km)

Day 2 at Battery Creek. Much better than yesterday. A bit tired in the legs so ran at a more steady pace. Messed up #9, ~1min. Enjoyed #15. Was scrappy in the final loop losing +2mins at #20. Another really good course.

Brown course at day 1 of Kaapsehoop Origen at Nooitgedacht West. A bad mistake to 5. Got my angles wrong out of 8 but managed to avert a disaster. Fairly scrappy in places. Some nasty climbs tired the legs out. Still, a nice challenging course with quite a few good technical controls. A fun day.
