Did the Green at Rocky Valley - awesome area of O, just on our doorstep. Ran down from M40 course to look after my calf. Stabilisers took a bit of strain and I had to make sure I took it really easy on the uphills in the second half. But survived without the muscle spasming!
Made two very bad mistakes - first at #7 where I starting looking in unmapped vegetation, but stupidly as I hadn't crossed the road and dropped into the valley. Next mistake at #13 where I didn't make any plan and missed the re-entrant to take down to the control. So had to go down the next one and then back up.

Shadowed Cameron around the Orange course. Other than a silly big mistake to #4 he had a good round. Just needs to get a few more under his belt to get really confident.

Easy run at home. Legs feeling surprisingly good after yesterday. Lateral stabiliser muscles on left leg fairly tender.

Warm-up run with the dogs. Then 1km hard down Wyoming (3:30), then 1km easy followed by 1km hard up a mild hill (3:52) then 1km easy home

5mins on the bike + 5mins on the rowing machine.
Various circuit exercises - some x2 and a range of different stretches.
Muscle attachment to fibula head is sore - need to figure out what that means.

Easy run at work. Took it easy till I was warm. On the way back, opened up a bit. With 1km to go got a warning spasm in the right calf. Took an easy jog home.
