Run on treadmill. Testing right foot. Still a bit tender, but once warmed up felt comfortable. Easier warm-up and cool-down with run at 4:30-4:45min/km. Major muscle group stretch after.

Went out for what should have been a nice cycle with the boys, but turned into a run with my new MTB. Picked up a big double puncture at the furthest point from home, of course
