I've put my gps distance and rough cumulative climb. Had a really good run navigation-wise. Can see this from the splits, where it only shows one mistake - I shouldn't have run on the path to 19. I did hurt my left foot at CP4 and had to be careful in the terrain. I managed to pick up a blister on that foot probably a result of adjusting my foot position. Also managed to take a big tumble on the way to 14 - lots of blood, but nothing serious.
The only thing that let me down was the fitness level.
