Managed to squeeze in a speed session in the afternoon. Only had an hour so did two loops around Fairland / Berario on roads and parks. Tried to keep the pace and effort up. Hard session.

Easy run at home to get back into the swing of things. 2x round long park in Fairland + there and back. Feels like I might need a heel raise in my right shoe as I can start feeling the beginnings of ITB niggle. Will persevere with easy runs and see how the shoes pan out.
