Started gently. Didn't want to push the calf. I was expecting it to stop me after about 2km like last week. Didn't push too hard as a result. Easy nav flowed nicely. Happily the calf held out. Hopefully can now up the running again.

MTB over Northcliff Hill avoiding the parks generally - it's a quagmire! Round Alberts Farm and Emmies then back home. Getting stronger up those pesky hills.
