Watch died near the end. Ran to Ballinteer - actually 23km and about 2hr40.
Very enjoyable run, glorious weather at the beginning and got super windy going up Ticknock. Went from the 15B to the 16

Legs felt very good, stomach not so much. Aimed for 5min/km but was all sub 4:50 pace. Once again very appreciated to be joined by Matthew on his bike. Also glorious to be running round these parks on such a nice evening

Was expecting this to be a rough session, especially as it has been so bitterly cold all day. Actually felt very good on it, running well
