Trooperstown IMRA Hill race
Actually very good fun. Still had the KT tape on from yesterday and still no pain, so hopefully I've caught my achilles well? Super nice weather - its been very windy and rainy recently, but was lovely for this.
Also a super cool very technical descent was fun

Massey's Orienteering
Feeling really good actually. Put KT tape on my L knee and R achilles just as a precaution (achilles was sore on yesterdays run, and patella tendon has been sore cycling recently) and didn't feel any pain with either.
A few DOMS from they gym yesterday is all. Never really felt like I could get into a good rhythm of running well though unfortunately as it was kind of messy underfoot.
Nav was mostly fine. A few small enough mistakes, but nothing major

Left knee was a little irritating, but ok, same as the last few days, right achilles was a little niggly too... hope this doesn't develop into anything as its the first day I've felt it

Legs feeling pretty tired so decided this was a good idea to shake them out. They're in need of a rest tomorrow
