shoes: Brooks Glycerin

WU, 6x(hell's hole)[2:30], WD
Didn't have a partner so did it by myself/with my watch. Ankle a bit sore, but not too a bad - fine enough to run on happily

Orienteering 1:10:14 [3] 8.82 km (7:58 / km) +240m 7:01 / km
shoes: Grey Inov8 x-Talons

Northern Night Cup - Tolquhonie
+ WU/WD to/from the start/finish
Going ok on this, nothing big to mention. Just not really accurate enough meaning was often quite hesitant (lucky to find one, 2 others was in the vicinity and just saw the flag). No big time losses though.
Unfortunately went over my ankle (despite wearing a brace) on the WD about 50m before getting on the road. Carried on running, but was sore enough, bit of a pop. More annoying that anything, but should be ok to run tomorrow

Running 1:47:37 [3] 10.62 km (10:08 / km) +636m 7:48 / km
shoes: Grey Inov8 x-Talons

5 climbs of Arthur's seat with Roanne and Louise
50mph winds, slippy rocks and mud made it quite interesting in places, but fun thing to do. Down to touch the road on each descent

Running 1:34:01 [4] 16.58 km (5:40 / km) +121m 5:28 / km
shoes: Brooks Glycerin

Extended WU, 30mins of Hill99 efforts, Extended WD
Ran from home to Wellhill, and back again at the end hence the longer WU/WD. 30mins of intervals was hard up, easy off the other side.
