Munster O Champs - 1st W20
Mostly a good race. Feeling strong, even at the end. Little bit sloppy nav in the middle.
On the way to no.9 saw an injured Aoife, so walked her back to the track, then no.10 in the wrong place lost be about 6 minutes (saw the control, but thought it couldn't be mine as it was so far out from where it was meant to be, so I was looking in the bracken in the right place for ages before deciding to go check the other one). Then was just annoyed and began to loose interest, so got more sloppy, but got it together again soon enough

Feeling really good. 7 mins was a bit fast, but seeing as they were getting shorter, I had to keep getting faster...
