Venla Leg 4 - Ravinen 4 - Hälvälä
Absolutely loved this. Such an amazing area and incredible race. Got set off in 353 and made a slight miss of the first control - think my head was just a little bit all over the place, so got distracted by the other forkings. Settled down well though and was clean over this. Slowed well in the really technical bits and remained in contact. Brought the team up 51 places into 302 so vvv happy

Found this area v tough. Don't think I appreciated how much concentration was needed, so got pretty lost on the way to no.1. Things got a bit better after this though and quite enjoyed it. Looking forward to tomorrow. Also had a good chat with Hollie and Lizzie

Nice easy run around Cluny Hill instead of harriers as the legs are pretty sore from yesterday. Got better as it went on. +1 interval getting the legs moving a bit
