Got bored of being ill, so went for a hill run with Eadaoin, Clodagh, Meabh, Aoife and Roisin. Nice to be out, but hellish windy at the top, cleared up enough to see the promised views of the city though.

Still can's speak properly, but also got a streaming nose and i cough every time I take even a slightly above average breath in, therefore decided not to run at all at the UCDO training this morning. Still went for the fresh-air and for the regular abuse throwing at Niall though...

Really nice, easy, social long/hill run with Ruairi, Roisin and Aoife. Beautiful bit of path in the woods up the river, then into the hill at the top. Bit of an adventure with none of us quite knowing where we were going. Turned a bit eventful when Roisin and Aoife took a wrong turn without me and Ruairi realising, so about 15 minutes waiting, running back to try and find them, and shouting later we headed back to the car and thankfully they appeared soon. Only mild panic...

Felt pretty bad at the beginning, but settled into it. Tough set, but pushed hard. Definitely need to give my calves some attention - always feel painful, even on the slowest jogs. Feel a bit better temporarily after stretching, so maybe they're just super tight.

Mixture of all strokes. Realised how sore/tight my legs actually are, so good to loosen them off a bit
