In Laois for the weekend, helping Conall get his 50k week. Both feeling pretty tired so taking it easy. Legs felt so bad on every single climb
+cycle there and back (10k)

Nice adventure in Phoenix Park with Eadaoin, then Conall, Zac and Ruairi at the end. Pretty slow but it was fun. Saw some exciting things, some hella weird things, and someone famous (who knows who.... getting a police escort). Also slightly worrying that I was leading the run choosing where to go, but I had never been here before, and have no idea the geography of it, but somehow we made it back to the car - success!

Felt pretty bad, probably a combination of what I'd eaten and last night (although been feeling fine all day), legs also feeling pretty heavy.
No watch (it died harder than me last night...) so time/distance is a complete guess...
