Feeling like proper exercise today as my heart rate was up and I was getting out of breath.

Dinner before (even 3 hours before) this was not ideal. Also the fact I had only ran once the last two weeks! Was nice to be in Culbin anyway, and cool I can start a run at 9pm and run it all in daylight

Meant to be running 13km on Saturday evening in a virtual Jukola thing that my team are doing - therefore thought I should probably have run at least once in the 2 weeks before it...
