Note
I've decided there's a few things I need to change on this trip to make it worthwhile. As I've been noticing them hindering me in the training in the last few days:
1. Eat better - I've been starting a couple of trainings hungry the last few days which really just doesn't work
2. Sleep more - I'm really tired
3. Stretch after training - definitely been feeling things unnecessarily tight.
I think all of these will be a lot easier from now because as of today I will be living by myself/with a friend (i.e. Not with people I don't know so well) until after the Fin5 which gives me a bit more freedom to do what I want

Went to Rachel and Hectors for the evening.
WU from their flat to the start with Rachel.
Map with no paths. 2 pretty big mistakes... basically just really need to watch my direction a lot better and start concentrating. I am using the features really well, however it's so easy over here to make things fit wrongly. Anyway a lot learned definitely
WD back to the flat, followed by a BBQ at the club house (The Pink House)
