WU through the woods to the track w/ Helena and Gustav

Track session with Gustav, Helena and 2 other national team runners.
They were doing their session, and I did 200m, 2x300m, 4x200m, 2x300m, 200m, just joining in the back of them as they passed.
So tough. Windy too which didn't help

Test running some controls for Viktor for the Ravinen Comp in a few weeks.
Really weird scale (meant to be 1:10000, but was printed weirdly), coupled with being pretty hungry and tired, and getting used to the mapping meant this could have gone better. Mostly ok, just struggled to see what was a rock and what wasn't, and doubted when I was at the control sites (no kites)
