The Madrid middle championship took place in the south of Madrid. It was very boring because there were a lot of open areas and not challenging ones. I had an allergic attack so I wasnt able to run and had to walk a lot of time. Technically I didnt make mistakes but due to the allergia I couldnt perfom well.

Sprint championship in Belmonte del tajo. I chose wrong routechoices in the 1st and 5th control. Also I lost 10" in the 9th because I didnt know which routechoice was better. In overall, 30-40" mistakes.

Calm run with IndomitusIndo. We talked about our thoughts of life and more philosophical stuff. He finally finished his comptetitive exams, so he is free and want to rise up stronger.

Just to know if I have improved my shape from October. Today I did it 17" faster. The thing was that the vegetation has grown much more from October and I have had to fight more today to go forward fast.

My first training after the injury by the splinter on my foot. Technically good and pushing hard in some downhills but in flatter areas I wanted to run slower to not force too much my foot.
