Orienteering race (Blue) 1:22:58 [4] **** 7.1 km (11:41 / km)
shoes: Salamon XAComp2

Blue course today. Was not feling that well so i stayed away from the brown course. Finished 1t but it was not a great run. i messd around on a few controls and in general just did not have an enjoyable day out. Area was pretty tricky in places and my navigation was not on top form. Came right out on 2 controls but did not notice them.

Running 20:39 [4] 5.0 km (4:08 / km)
shoes: Saucony Progrid Triumph 5

A run around my neighbourhood. big climb for about 700m which takes it out of you after about 2 km. Pretty decent run, was running pretty hard but nothing ridiculous. Legs still hurting after about 4 km though with the muscels up the font of the shin being the main cause of pain.
Varsity this semester is getting to me, very busy and alot of late afternoons

Tang Soo Do 1:30:00 [2]

Normal tuesday class. Pretty much the same as usual although we did some horrid exersises for warm up that left my legs feeling like jelly. Still learning new stuff as they wanna enter a wits team for SA champs for our respective belt levels. There is talk of starting sparring training next week when i need to be at a meeting but i will try make the class as this sounds like pain, ie. fun
