Legs were super sore today after last night and needed to be loosened. I planned to go to training at wits but i finisjed at 2 so i came home to run instead. Took it slow but was pretty comfortable.
Long stretch afterwards will hopefully help
Thinking about doing the night run on riday, was fun last time although im no where near as fit for distance as i was before. i may just do it as a social thing
