RUNNING 1:08:00 [3] 11.47 km (5:56 / km) +255m 5:20 / km
shoes: X-claw 275s

Out and back all on the hill to escape English revision. Great views and hip didn’t hurt. Seems to be getting better. If anyone knows how to learn ‘the crucible’ by tomorrow it would be nice to know

RUNNING 40:24 [3] 7.45 km (5:25 / km) +150m 4:56 / km
shoes: X-claw 275s

Over the hill from the sheep shanks. Class run- just nice to be in the hills. Hip didn’t hurt when I was running but tightened up a bit afterwards. Have got physio booked for Tuesday which is reassuring

RUNNING 52:15 [3] 9.08 km (5:45 / km) +173m 5:15 / km
shoes: Inov8 roclite 290

Easy taynish with Alfie. Hip/ glute pain has died down and had gone completely at school today came right back pretty much as soon as I’d finished. It’s like really strange deep ache that I’ve never felt before and only hurts when standing up and leaning over and walking and stuff. Stretching and taking arnica to try and stop it a bit- had planned a run tomorrow but will just see.

RUNNING 45:59 [3] 9.55 km (4:49 / km) +97m 4:35 / km
shoes: Inov8 roclite 290

Intervals from the village same as last week with a good few ks wu and wd. 9 reps and managed the last k in 3.31 which is ok considering rain and headwind. Getting aches in my hip/ lower back which only comes after running but thinking it’s probably from sitting all day
