Failed attempt up Ben Ime near the cobbler. Took it quite easy up the path behind mum and jura walked quite a lot of the way. Got up to wher the path splits with the cobble and it started to get really snowy. Wading through like 3/4ft of snow for a bit then we got to the summit slopes of Ben ime and Jura got really cold so we headed back down. I went ahead of the others on the way down and when my hands thawed it was the most painful thing.

Now I have a bad chesty cough but feel fine so I have no idea what’s wrong with me. Rest for a few days and see what happens but it’s weird

Rhr high so didn’t go on hill. Really wet anyway so good idea not to. Hr fine when’s I was running so just need to be careful not get I’ll before school. Rest tomorrow maybe up cobbler at weekend

Storm Eleanor only managed 20mph wind so this wasn’t too bad. Hr a few beats high but felt much better

First run of new year up on the hill. 5k road 7k hill. Hr high felt like shit. Need to eat more still haven’t put on weight since China
