Sand dunes gaffled mass start. Screwed up a few but just burned everyone off apart from Adam and oli who messed up the second last one so I won

Deeside day 1 training balnagowan. Swapped my compass from a left into a right handed compass and got quite good at orienteering

Deeside Harris relay with dom and mairi. Felt so good actually practicing tecnique in race situation. Never get to do this in scotjos. Beasted it first team back

Deeside sprint 1st by 50 seconds. Scrappy race but I won a sprint for the first time
