RUNNING warm up/down 13:20 [3] 2.73 km (4:53 / km)

they changed the schedule for no reason at all so i was halfway through my warm up and they were like no you're doing high jump. still got to warm uo before the actual race tho so both put together

RUNNING race 4:44 [5] 1.5 km (3:09 / km)
shoes: ions 8 rocklike 2nd pair

argyll and bute athletics. this was meant to be 1500m but my watch picked up 168m extra so i dunno if it's less accurate round the track or the track is wrong. It could be the track tbh as it is painters on a 3G pitch. Watch says I ran 2.56s idk. set off quite fast and me and 2 others had a clear lead after 200m. i stuck behind them both for a couple laps then felt the pace easing a bit so hit the front. burned off the boy from dunoon and it was just me and gregor campbell from cambeltown in it. he hit the front on the bell and i stuck with him round the back then drew level with him on the final bend and we were alongside each other the whole way down the final straight but i just took the win on the line.

Pretty happy seeing as it was my first 1500 and the guy i just beat was year below but came second in the nationals last year. I podiumed in the hurdles and got 6th in high jump but i only did that cos they said you had to do three and couldn't do 800 too

Jog after school. Went to doctor after school cos my ears have been screwed up recently. They're not infected just blocked up apparently so I've got to take drugs for a bit. Asked about my toes which have been hurting so much. It's all in my school shoes being too wide apparently hopefully get to see a peediatrist soon

RUNNING intervals 10:54 [4] 2.6 km (4:12 / km) +14m 4:05 / km
ahr:170 max:189 shoes: ions 8 rocklike 2nd pair

Pylon intervals along th road. 8 sets of 30/40 seconds. Wasn't lookin at pace as I was doing it cos I was looking at the hr screen instead. First one was at 3.40s then gradually got faster and the middle one was about 3.10s so happy with that. Felt my quads but sore at the end probably cramp so stopped and turned round

RUNNING warm up/down 12:30 [3] 2.4 km (5:12 / km)
ahr:157 max:164 shoes: ions 8 rocklike 2nd pair

Finished my intervals 3km from home so faced a long slog home. turnes round into probably the strongest headwind I've ran in felt like 100mph. Didn't have a top off and Hr was just like nope. After 4 or 5 minutes rain started coming down right into me and so abandoned all hope of a gentle warm down. Tried to sprint home but leg was sore. Then the rain started properly coming and it was getting even windier. Turned into hail and didn't have a shirt on of course so felt like I was getting stabbed. Hoped a neighbour or someone would drive past but I only have one neighbour so it obviously wasn't happening. This guy in a van came past and asked if I was ok and I didn't care if it was jimmy in there or whatever I had to get in. Turned out it was a mad South African guy exploring Argyll. his mad van had heating and reggae music blasting what a hero. Drove me back home the last k
