Struggled after the 4.30 am start. Straight off the ferry cycling to caravan

Forecast for today looked crap but waves were perfect. Probably no higher than 4 feet but we're consistent and clean and easy to catch the unbroken waves. Great fun

Headed for the highest hill on Tiree something like 119m so pretty sure I climbed more than 103 cos I was up or down a bit. Didn't fancy slogging along the road keeping a eye on my heart rate so bit of a blast and it was good fun

Busked for the whole day for fell runners going across to Jura on the small ferry from the village. It was pretty tough in 23 degree but got money which I still needed to pay mum for italy

Over the hills and terrain trying to keep under 160bpm. Felt quite good not pushing myself had to walk a bit on the steep hills to achieve this. Not sure bout climb garmin isn't very accurate with th climb around the back. Some bits were bracken had to take a detour through some when a massive cow was blocking my way off the hill.

bit of intervals with dennis. trying out new things found that sprinting in-between pylons was good for the next week or two
the efforts i was doings only like 200m but it was good. wu and wd included messing bout with garmin so not that accurate
