Post midlands jog along road- legs weren't feeling great but I guess I just been standing still two days

came 11th pretty frustrated- lost like minute and a half at one making a stupid mistake and going to the wrong side of the loch so was on the back foot from the start. my route choices was good and pace was ok but lost loads of time in the circle trying to find the pit or knoll or whatever. biggest mistake was 12 where i lost like 2 1/2 minutes looking for control in pit because i hadn't slowed down crossing the river and all that traffic light stuff. i felt really good physically so its quite annoying how this weekend turned out but i am orienteering both weekends before jk so i have time to get used to looking at a map again
