Went on a jog along the road. I turned around at like 1.8k but at 3k Jura came and stole my watch from me because she was coming in the opposite direction. So I just jogged/ walked the last 500m as a warm down. Couldn't feel my calf but everywhere else felt bad cos I haven't run for ages

Note

Went to physio and she said it wasn't actually my Achilles it was a muscle in the bottom of my calf which had even right because my pelvis was off and hadn't been getting better because I been sitting down and that made my hip flex tight which made my calf tight- but she have me stretches to do

Went to see doctor and got told to do nothing not even cycle and rest for 10 days.
