bleeding out your ears running in the picturesque town of Prince Albert. The First event in the G4 regional selections. Unsurprisingly Ian DW won and i placed a respecable 5th.

cycle 20:00 [5] 5.0 km (4:00 / km)
shoes: salomon raid race 2

an unknown distance in the knockout round for G4. the second event, and we had to do rounds of a track in the lights of landrovers parked around it. the last person at each round was knocked out, till 5 left in the two heats. the top 5 from each then competed again, where i placed 6th. the top 5 then went onto a 1 round at a time knockout competition. Rowan Excelby came out tops i think.
