Putting out tapes for training at Malmalling. Shouldn't have used the numbered tapes. I think I spent about as long looking for the right tape as I did getting to the control on the first. Put them back into the bag in reverse order so the rest weren't as bad. Had a bit of trouble on the last control because I was put off by the new motorbike tracks but the rest all went pretty smoothly. Both heels/ankles/Achilles sore all the way.

Got roped into the star relay to make up a third team with Luan. Couldn't stop myself from pushing quite hard but it wasn't hard enough to avoid being caught by Andries and Nika. Collected a few tapes as well.

Quick run in KP after work. I actually put my running gear on in the morning but didn't make it out for some reason. Thought I would try pushing a bit harder from the start to see if it felt any less bad than plodding. Maybe it did but my legs still felt stiff and heavy the whole way.
