Little swim and body surf at City Beach with Rachel while Liam had a private lesson. Really only caught one proper wave and got a cramp in my right calf as I caught it. Might have been from nerve in back/hip rather than a real cramp. Getting sharp pains from right hip every now and then for rest of day.
