WA sprint champs at Willetton SHS. Achilles a bit sore warming up so tried to just run smoothly. No real mistakes but more cautious than I need to be at times. Never pushed hard but faster than a jog. Could feel the Achilles all the time but wasn't bad enough to be a significant distraction. Still feeling very comfortable at the end apart from the Achilles. Could feel it getting a bit more sore as I cooled down but hasn't got really bad yet. Finished 4th of 7, about 1:30 behind Oliver and Sten and 16 seconds behind fletch.

Pump with CC. Really tired when alarm went off at 5:45, got up at 5:50, tested the Achilles a bit and went back to bed. Can't remember why, but I got up a second time at 5:55 and was at the gym by 6:07 for the 6:10 class. Had to jog to get there on time but it was rather lopsided. Class itself was fine apart from a little pain doing lunges.

A few laps of the ovals after work. Sore for the first few minutes, good through the middle then getting sore again by the end. Felt quite good apart from the pain.
