Putting out and collecting tapes and controls for junior camp with Rachel at Russell's Gully. Cold and wet pretty much the whole time. Did at least ease off a bit for a while when the kids were there. Great way to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary.

Ran a lap around Herdsman Lake while the kids played squash. Started from the O shed after picking up some stuff for the junior camp so took advantage of the opportunity to explore some of the tracks that I wasn't sure went through. Built the pace up to the 8km mark and then jogged back to the squash courts. Feeling a bit tight and tired in the hamstrings from pump yesterday.

Slightly cut down Rosalie Run. Feeling a bit sore from tennis last night so just a walk and very slow shuffle to the start and then walk/car ride home with Rachel feeling sick. Still did the longer loop through UWA but stayed at the back and cut off the loop around Rosalie Park at the end. Heel/ankle was sore all the way but wasn't getting any worse. Soreness mostly around back of/underneath ankle, both inside and outside.

Late morning jog around KP. I think I could really enjoy training if I could do it at this time every day. Taking it easy in anticipation of substituting for Rachel at tennis drills tonight.
