H.I. Functional Circuit at Charlies. Good session but wasn't really very HI. That suited me for a first session but it did leave me feeling I should have done something else as well.

Lower calves sore from Saturday's sprint and legs feeling heavy from the big weekend of training but the achilles heel was pretty good.
