Rosalie Run. Just Daniel, Dean, Kate, Rose and me this morning and Daniel started pushing the pace very early. My calves were a little tight and I didn't really feel like pushing it so I dropped to the back to make sure Rose didn't get left alone. Rose kept up until the start of the hills and I was glad of the excuse to take it easy on the hills rather than trying to keep up with the others.

Easy lap of KP until I found Virpi looking a bit lonely at Hale Oval. It was still a little before 5:30 but she decided to run with me rather than wait to see if anyone else turned up. Virpi was pushing the pace a lot more than I had been but once we got over the top of the hill it started to feel pretty comfortable. Hamstring was a bit tight early on after 3 hours sitting in the car but I had forgotten about the hamstring and was feeling quite good by the time I finished.
