Down the railway line to North Freo and back around the river. Stopped at Cafe 125 for a breakfast near the end.

shoes: Puma Faas 300 green/black

Carine short course with Liam. Foot a bit sore going downhill on bitumen but otherwise not bad. Got more sore collecting controls and walking around later.

Social tennis. 3 sets of doubles (2 with Rachel) and one set of singles against Vlado. Foot a little sore to begin with but pain faded enough that I would forget about it and hurt it a bit sprinting for balls. Singles was probably not a good idea but it was a good fun close game with Vlado fading a bit at the end to go down 7-5. Foot pretty sore afterwards.

Toe seems worse today, maybe from the beach on Sunday. Noticed it more walking around the house than while exercising.
