To the gym! Started very slowly but started to feel good heading through Shenton bush land after 10 minutes. Unfortunately this is also when I started to get sore on the outside of the right leg just below the knee. Same spot was sore after rogaine and after state champs but had seemed fine on trailwalker until now.

First time in quite a while as my hips have only just recovered from doing too much too soon after the rogaine so I tried to keep it pretty easy. Everything felt ok so I don't think I will have done any damage.

Tried to run home and felt quite good for short bursts until my leg got sore. Running sections kept getting shorter and ended up walking most of the way.
