Aiming for sub 20 this time. First lap felt reasonably good and the pace was ok but I started to feel pretty bad at the top of the first hill on the second lap and started thinking about giving up. The rest of the second lap didn't feel as bad so I decided to keep going but forget about the sub 20 goal and back off the effort a bit to avoid making things worse. Still thinking a small improvement on my previous best should be possible by cruising the second half. Got through the third lap without having to slow too much and I knew sub 20 was still possible if I could repeat my first lap time so I decided to risk pushing harder again. Wasn't feeling entirely comfortable with this decision while I ran the last lap but I survived ok and managed to just dip under 20.
Not sure about attempting any more time trials now.
