Another half hour of 1 min jog / 1 min walk. Started by taking the kids to tennis camp on their bikes so more running and some pauses for traffic, got into the walk/jog from about 10 minutes. Very tempting to run faster just to see how it feels.

Heart has been really good since the operation but yesterday afternoon I started to get frequent ectopics (one every 5-10 seconds) which kept me awake most of the night. Did half an hour of 1 min jog, 1 min walk in KP this morning and the ectopics continued but never triggered any tachycardia. Right groin has improved heaps in the last couple of days so I didn't feel restricted by it at all.
