Made it less than 2 minutes into the warm up before my heart got bad although it didn't show up on the heart rate monitor for another 30 seconds or so. I've had a couple of runs recently where I have pushed on and it has come good for the warm down so I decided to try running a solid warm up anyway and hoped it would come good for the race.
It didn't.

WAMC Matilda Bay 10k.
Heart bad but didn't feel awful for the first few km so tried to run solidly. First 3k 3:54, 3:54, 3:56 and had a brief good patch a bit after 2k so thought an ok time might be possible if it came good again. It didn't get any better and I was getting sick of it by 4k so I decided to give up a bit before 6k and jogged back to the finish.

Note

Heart continued to have bad patches for the rest of the day.
Came very close to fainting in the shower after the race.
The cardiologist that did my ablation was at the race but I didn't actually talk to him. I should make an appointment to go and see him.

Note

Played a little tennis at Rachel's birthday breakfast at Whiteman Park.
Heart really bad all morning, lots of dizzy spells including before, during and after tennis.

Easy run around KP. Usual stiff and tired feeling for the first 20 minutes or so but I did feel a bit better than earlier in the week.

Solid run around KP after a slow start. Wanted to run solidly from the start but I was still feeling too stiff and tired and I never really got past that. Heart felt a bit twitchy at times but held together ok. Right achilles a little sore at times.
