Really tired this morning, possibly because of my heart being silly since about midday yesterday. Couldn't think of anything worse than going for a run untiI I remembered I needed to check the bush area at Stratton.
Wandered around Talbot Desert for a while pondering my chances of survival if my stupid heart caused me to pass out.

Easy run around Heirisson island with a few drills and strides. Quite warm but not uncomfortably so. Includes a bit of time helping a guy get his bike with trailer through the gates (past the "danger explosives, no unauthorised entry" sign).

10k loop taking it very easy. Pretty warm but not unpleasant at the pace I was going. Weighed myself again after run just to get an idea how much I sweat when jogging in warm conditions, 67.3kg so about 600mL per hour.
