Very slow 10k loop with a number of short walk breaks. Feeling tired but otherwise ok. Couldn't run much faster than 8min/km at the start but got going a little better by the end.

Easy 5k loop. Very stiff and tired getting out of bed but actually felt ok once I got moving. Heart has been good since the middle of yesterday's run, must have just needed a bit of faster running to fix it up. Feel like I might have turned the corner.

Rehab loop. Legs felt better today but heart had been playing up since lunchtime yesterday with about 10 ectopic beats per minute and this continued through the first half of the run. I had a bit of a walk at the turn and checked my pulse which was still erratic. Started feeling a bit better after starting again and found myself going a bit faster but had another walk break on the O'Connor Rd hill anyway. Picked up the pace again on the way home and ended up running the last km pretty much flat out. Heart still good an hour later.

Struggled around the 5k loop. Heart good, legs not. Left achilles a little sore at times.

Easy long loop. First run of the year without any ectopics but my legs were still feeling Sunday's effort. Not too bad in the shade but very warm in the sun. Need to make a lot of progress in the next 3 weeks.
