Orienteering 33:51 [4] *** 6.23 km (5:26 / km) +120m 4:57 / km
ahr:152 max:161 shoes: Adidas Swoop Blue

H3 at Wundabinaring. I knew I would end up running reasonably hard and I didn't want to do that for 10km so ran the H3 rather than the H1. Looking at the courses beforehand I was quite glad of an excuse to skip the long boring legs on the H1. Didn't push it hard but didn't just jog around, probably ended up running about marathon pace or a little slower. Felt reasonably good most of the way but the calves did feel as though they were tightening up a bit on the long climb to 6. Small mistakes on 4 (15s) and 7 (30s) and generally a bit slack about planning where I wanted to go. Might run H3 again next week but go a bit harder.

Calves and quads a bit sore but not too bad. I was able to run up and down the stairs at work to make it to my dentist appointment on time without any problems.
Lowest ever morning body fat % or whatever it is that the scales actually measure.
