Splashed around in the ocean for a while. Would call this training, but mostly I just got smashed into the beach by the waves and drank lots of seawater....through my nose.

Run with Clem. 30 min rd, then back on the beach, then a little more on the road with good speed. Beach running is hard. About 7 km of this was in the sand.
