Blue course at Great Falls, MD. Tore up my ankle running downhill from 3 to 4. It went crunch and collapsed under me. Not sure if I stepped on anything or not. It felt better after a few mins, so I jogged to 5, but on the way to 6 going down a hill again it did the exact same thing (but hurt twice as much). Decided to bag it and walked a few more controls and came in. Still swollen a day later. Been icing it.
