This was the most technically difficult sprint of the weekend. The narrow pathways with complex shapes and many barriers required constant concentration.

I enjoyed the course and map. It was great fun.

This was quite a good run, except for my route on #12. I focussed on avoiding the garden bed, but I didn't read the middle of the leg properly. I passed through the gate and then had 2 unnecessary fence crossings to avoid the out of bounds area. This cost me 10 seconds and probably 4 places in the end.

Very happy with my run.
I may have lost 5 seconds at 11, running into the grass area before the paved area. Then I lost another 5 seconds at 13, running into the canopy approaching the circle where there was another control. I punched it but was unsure, so checked my code, and sure enough it was wrong. I recovered quickly and continued on to finish well.

I enjoyed the course, but there did seem to be some easier sections to the course, where I just had to put my head down and run. The course seemed quite easy after 15 with very little route choice. Even though there were a few direction changes, I was running under 4 min/km for this section.
